Custom Hand Built Drop Frames.
Drop frames are often used on 3/4 inch canvases, because the stretcher bars are thinner, they aren't as sturdy. Drop frames prevent against structural damage and warping on these thinner canvases.
Drop Frames are all Custom Built to the actual canvas.
Prices are based on the frame size.

Our Drop Frames are a Two Tier Frame. The bottom frame is built slightly smaller than your canvas, and then a second frame built slightly larger than you canvas is built to attach to the front of this. Your painting then drops in and is centered and screwed into the bottom frame.
We do not build these in advance in standard sizes, every frame is custom measured and built to fit your canvas specifically.
